About NSOS

The Nevada State Orthodontic Society (NSOS) is a professional association of orthodontic specialists who have had two to three years additional training in an ADA-approved University Orthodontic Program. We are trained in applying braces, both visible and invisible, on the teeth of adults and children to improve their dental health by helping them bite correctly and building self-esteem by making their faces look better. Our members are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of excellence in orthodontic education and quality patient care.

Dr. Jeremy Manuele, DMD
Keynote Speaker

 Jeremy Manuele, DMD, a Las Vegas native, earned his dental degree from UNLV and completed his orthodontic residency at LSU in New Orleans. He partners with Dr. R. Cree Hamilton to run a thriving private practice in Las Vegas and serves as a part-time instructor at UNLV. A 21-year Army National Guard veteran, Dr. Manuele completed an 18-month deployment to Ramadi, Iraq in 2005-2006. He is the course director for the MARPE 360 and AIRWAY 360 online courses, aimed at making quality education on these topics more accessible. Passionate about advancing the profession, Jeremy Manuele is dedicated to sharing knowledge that drives orthodontics forward.

Dr. Michelle Hsiao grew up in Taiwan, has an early appreciation for culture, community, and connection—values that continue to shape both her personal life and professional journey. She earned her dental degree from UOP, then completed her orthodontic residency at Roseman University along with an MBA. A longtime advocate for organized dentistry, Dr. Hsiao has been actively involved with PCSO since graduating from residency and has served on multiple committees. When she is not working or volunteering, you’ll most likely find her spending time with her two energetic boys, who keep life busy, joyful, and always entertaining.

Her background spans clinical assisting, front desk operations, treatment coordination, and serving as a Clinical Director—giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on both patient care and practice management. Melissa is especially passionate about creating efficient systems, elevating the patient experience, and helping teams communicate with confidence and clarity.

As a Practice Advisor, she brings real-world insight, practical strategies, and a deep understanding of what it takes to run a successful, patient-centered practice.
